We are seeking a Hospitalist for locum coverage with one of our clients in TN.
About Facility:
Census 18-20 Currently
7 AM - 7 PM/ 7 PM - 7 AM (Must be open to do night shifts)
2-3 Daily Admissions
8 Nightly Admissions
Admissions are managed by a Round Robin approach. However, there is an NP on day shift assisting with admits and Observation unit.
Day Physicians do not respond to codes. One night a Hospitalist is assigned to the Rapid Response Team.
No Procedures Required
ICU is Closed
Hospitalist do not manage patients in ICU but once a patient is accepted by Hospitalist Team to come out of ICU but remains in ICU as no bed available on the floor then we will round on them in the ICU
Meditech EMR
Submission Requirements:
TN License
ACLS
ATLS
BLS
Board Certified in IM or FP
BTLS
PALS
