An established practice is seeking a Board-certified internal medicine/family medicine physician to provide full-time coverage to Adult/Elderly patients. JOB ID# 63022
Job Details
- Board Certified IM, or FM required and BC Geriatrics preferred
- Full time, day shift plus possible call
- Minimum 1 year working with the frail or elderly population
- Must have an active DE license and CDS certification and active DEA - Required
- Typical Day - Patient pop = 55+ adults “Adult daycare center” with the clinic (15 mins – 60 mins appt.) 9:30 am – 2 pm scheduled after 2 get through charting, IDP meetings in the morning, ~5-8 visits per day.
- The facility assists older adults in living safely at home. Eligible participants are 55-years old or older, live in the designated service area, meet the state requirements for nursing home care, and are able to live safely in the community
