Seeking a compassionate Internal Medicine provider to join a collegial practice with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with easy access to major Midwest metros.
Position Overview:
• 4-Day work week for the ultimate work/life balance
• Opportunity to teach medical students
• Support services include: Primary Care, Preventative Care, Dental Care, Behavioral, Women's Health, Pharmacy, Labs, Radiology, Vision, Addiction Management
• Welcoming 2024 and 2025 graduates
Compensation Highlights:
