  • Currently 12 physicians and 8 APPs in practice

Qualifications  

  • MD or DO degree 
  • Will need to obtain a WV state medical license and DEA registration upon hire 

 

  • BE/BC in Internal Medicine
  • Completed an ACGME-accredited
    residency
