Vermont Primary Care opportunity that is outpatient and offers a flexible schedule. This position offers a moderate patient volume, ample provider support and telephone call only. This is a rural, independent hospital located in a vibrant community with unlimited recreational activities that has been voted the best small town for outdoor adventure in the country.
Salary Range: $250k - 365k. Part-time or full-time schedule with your choice of 8-hour shifts to fit your needs and lifestyle. Patient Volume is 16 to 18 per day. Enjoy an outpatient schedule with limited telephone call only, which allows you to explore the natural beauty and serenity of rural living.. You will be part of a team-based care model, collaborating with five other providers (three NPs and two DOs) who are supported by a Care Coordinator,.
