Locum FM/IM MD/DO need in Grants Pass, OR
Top Hourly Rate + All travel Covered
Must be Board Certified in FM/IM + BLS + OR license
Credentialing: ~60 Days - temps can be issued if provider file/background clean
Start Date: As soon as credentialed ~ October 2023
Schedule: M-F or 4 10s
No CALL or Weekends
Outpatient Clinic
16 seen/day - template for 17-18 to accommodate no shows
Staff Mix: 1-2 MAs will be allocated to him/her, clinic supervisor, manager, providers, front office staff, resource coordinators, clinic pharmacist, RN (care manager) and LCSW.
EMR: EPIC
