Job Details:
- BC in IM or FM
- No Procedures
- 7 on/ 7 off
- The census is 16 between both providers with only 7 acute care patients and the remaining swing
- No ICU this is a critical access facility
- Handles back-end operations (corporate team of recruiters, practice managers, HR, clinical operations etc)
- Oversee clinical initiatives and process improvement plans
- Grow into Regional Medical Director
