Responsibilities:_x000D_
- Assess and diagnose patients at our local clinics_x000D_
- Oversee, direct, and administer primary care_x000D_
- Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medication_x000D_
- Maintain Patient Electronic Medical Record data via canopy and greenway_x000D_
- Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet helth quality goals_x000D_
- Work with Practice Managers to direct and manage the center care team_x000D_
- Other duties as assigned_x000D_

Required Qualifications: _x000D_
- Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) Graduate_x000D_
- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (Or board eligible) _x000D_
- Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License_x000D_
- Active DEA license_x000D_
- US work authorization_x000D_

Preferred Qualifications: _x000D_
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics_x000D_
- Experience practicing medicine among Geriatric populations_x000D_
- Experience operating in a Value-Based Healthcare Model_x000D_

- Bilingual proficiency where applicable_x000D_
