- Location: Southern Michigan (30 mins east of Kalamazoo, MI)
- Specialty: Family Medicine / Internal Medicine/ Primary Care
- Requirements: MI license, Active DEA, Active BLS, Board Certified/Eligible in related specialty REQUIRED
- Patients: Adults & Geriatric (20 patients/day)
- Schedule: Mon-Fri (7:30- 5pm)
- Call: NO call
