• Case Load: 16 patients per day, 70% adult, 30% geriatrics, 0% pediatrics, 0% Obstetric cases
  
  
• EMR: Epic

• Certifications: board certified, WA license, BLS

• Support Staff: 2 RNs, 17 MAs

• Credentialing: 30-60 days
