The Practice: Sky Health Services is a medical practice open to adults 65 years and older. We are a small, independent and financially healthy medical practice located in Boulder, Colorado where the outdoor recreation options are endless, and the local communities are safe and uniquely beautiful. We are looking for a physician who wants to join us in our commitment to providing caring medical services to geriatric patients. We offer a flexible parent/family friendly work place and good work-life balance as well as a reasonable workload personalized to each employee’s needs.
The Position:
- Full-time or part-time opportunity for Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine physician
- Practice currently has 3 physicians & 7 advanced practice providers, plus a pharmacist
- FTE will be inclusive of outpatient clinic hours and nursing facility/assisted living facility rounding with a flexible schedule
- Team based care approach
- EMR - Elation
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- Successful completion of Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Residency, Geriatrics fellowship training desired but not required
- Board Certification or Eligibility in corresponding specialty
- Physician must meet employer credentialing standards
