We are seeking a BC Physician - Primary Care for Ongoing locum coverage with one of our clients in AZ.

Description:

• Clinic work M-F typically

• Rotating call with other providers

• Setting: Clinic and home visit setting.

• EMR: CERNER

• Support Staff: Standard clinic

• Comfortable working with Geriatic patients

• Any Required procedures? The only procedures would be occasional joint injections, and ear lavages

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified

• Active AZ/IMLC License

• Clean Malpractice/background

• COVID VACCINATED
