A permanent, full-time outpatient IM Physician opportunity in east Tulsa, OK area.
This is a rewarding opportunity with an established health program focused on serving the community. Their multi-disciplinary team of dedicated Providers and staff offer a variety of ambulatory care including medical, dental, behavioral, pharmacy and other community programs. No call, no weekends, no holidays, no after hours are required. This Physician can expect good pay, guaranteed patient load and lower volume!
Salaried employment with competitive pay and excellent benefits:
-Salary of $245K range, depending on experience.
-Additional $10K performance bonus program available.
-13 paid holidays, 20 days annual leave upfront, 13 days sick leave, 3 days personal, 3 days of bereavement.
-Employees may cover all eligible dependents for a nominal fee for staff ($180/mth full family) with $200 deductible. Coverage includes a wide range of medical services, dental services, vision services, prescription card and short-term disability.
-CME up to $3,500 and 5 days for CDE and also covers professional dues up to $1,500 per year. Malpractice is covered.
-Employees are eligible to participate in their 401(k) immediately. The Health Program contributes 5% of gross salary for all eligible employees and matches employee contributions up to 4%; contributing a maximum of 9% of gross salary.
-Loan repayment options directly from health program ($100K, 4 years commitment)
Candidates must have/obtain active, unrestricted OK licensure, current DEA and BE/BC Internal Medicine.
