Job/Practice Description:

  • No weekends – Monday-Friday
  • Working with wonderful collaborative staff including NPs and ancillary staff

  • $2,500 incentive ability quarterly
  • $3,000 per year to pay for CME courses and 40 hours per year to attend CME courses. This can be used towards licenses, state fees, exams, and any education needed towards licensure.
  • Annual merits of 3% that are increases based on annual performance reviews
  • Additional life insurance to $500,000 and additional portable LTD
  • Company match on the 403B that is 2% of up to 4% of your annual salary

Profile Background:


  • Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine Degree
  • Board-certified in family practice or internal medicine
  • Must comply with and maintain all requirements for a valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment, or in any U.S. state or territory
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support
  • Current, unrestricted Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
