** Ambulatory General Internist opening in NY** Located in Cooperstown, NY 70 miles to Albany; 90 miles to Syracuse; 190 miles to New York City Description: Ambulatory General Internist needed to join this integrated health care system that provides care and services to people living in an eight county region covering 5,600 square miles in Central New York. The organization includes a Primary Hospital that is Joint Commission certified Primary Stroke Center, a secondary Hospital, and three critical access hospitals, as well as skilled nursing facilities, community and school- based health centers, and health partners in related fields.. An unparalleled and inclusive community sports center. The Division of General Internal Medicine is an NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home, Level 3 Recognized practice. We use fully integrated EPIC inpatient and ambulatory EMR. Job Summary: Join a remarkable team of General Internists and Advanced Practice Clinicians (APC).
