Family feel medical group seeks an Internal Medicine, Geriatrician or Family Medicine Physician leader / director in the Lake City / Live Oak, Florida area!! 1 hour to Tallahassee and 1.5 hours to Gainesville
Benefits:
- 225-240k base salary plus bonus potential

- 1 location – 1200 acres filled with live oaks!

- 4 providers
- 750 residents
- 160 SNF
- 110 years in practice – faith bases group
About the Internal Medicine / Geriatrician or Family Medicine Physician role:
- 16 patients per day average
- 1 week of phone call per month
- Mostly seeing ages 55 and up
- 4 days in clinic, 1 day in the SNF – skilled nursing facility
- ½ day for admin
- 10 exam rooms…dental, pharmacy, Podiatry, Audio and mental health services on site.
Desired Internal Medicine / Geriatrician or Family Medicine Physician Profile:
- Geriatrics experience / desire to work with 55 and up
- Leadership experience and desire to lead...Medical Director role as position oversees the clinic
- Someone engaged and present in the community
- Personable person
- Internal Medicine / Geriatrician or Family Medicine Physician BE or BC
