Internal Medicine Locum, Lithonia, GA – Clinic Only, Starting April 5th.
Required: BC/BE, Active GA license Credentialing Timeframe will be 21 days.
Details:- Hospital would prefer someone that can M-F 8a - 5p in the clinic.
****THIS IS FOR ADULT PRIMARY CARE**** THE PROVIDERS WILL NOT SEE PATIENTS LESS THAN 18 YEARS OLD.
Epic Training is every other week 8-4:30p. Epic training can only happen after credentialing, and must be completed before the provider can start. Once a CLEAN complete credentialing package has been submitted please allow 21 days to process.
Please note-Epic training is 2 days, 8a-4:30p.
