Schedule:M-F 8a - 5p
Other Details :
****THIS IS FOR ADULT PRIMARY CARE**** THE PROVIDERS WILL NOT SEE PATIENTS LESS THAN 18 YEARS OLD.
Epic Training is every other week 8-4:30p. Epic training can only happen after credentialing, and must be completed before the provider can start. Once a CLEAN complete credentialing package has been submitted please allow 21 days to process.
Please note-Epic training is 2 days, 8a-4:30p.
