- Pay Rate – $1,000/8-hour weekday; $125 Pager Fee; $200 Call Back
- Start Date – ASAP
- Schedule – Monday – Friday (8a to 5p)
- Call – Remote call only (1 to 2 nights/week)
- Patients Per Day – Average is 11
- EMR – Cerner
- Credentialing – 2 to 4 weeks
