Internal Medicine openings in North Carolina Locations:

  • New Bern: Coastal NC - 50 miles from Greenville
  • Pollocksville: 13 miles from New Bern; 50 miles from Greenville
Position Details: Full-time, permanent position Employed Day Shift w/ Call Job Summary: Diagnose, treat, and manage diseases and conditions that affect the general well-being of adult men and women. Duties will include, but not limited to: performing examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic and screening tests, prescribing and ordering medication as appropriate for patients' medical conditions, and referring patients for further care as clinically appropriate. Minimum Requirements: Possession and maintenance of a Physician's License from the State of North Carolina and certifications from the DEA. Must be a member in good standing of the Medical Staff of the hospital. Board Certified or Board Eligible required. Health System Details: Made up of over 80 physicians and mid-level providers who provide care to patients spanning four eastern North Carolina Counties. Specialties include: Primary Care, Pediatrics, Rheumatology, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Neurology, Endocrinology, Cardiovascular Surgery, Otolaryngology, General Surgery, Oncology, and Urology.
