Opportunity Details:
• 100% outpatient adult practice - turnkey volume available from retiring provider's panel, if desired
• 4-day work week, no nights, no weekends, no holidays, and no call
• Base salary + production bonuses, signing bonus, 6 weeks PTO, relocation assistance, malpractice with tail coverage, and more
• Federally Qualified Health Center and NHSC-approved site with HPSA score of 21 = substantial student loan forgiveness
