Position Details: Full-time, permanent position BC/BE required First year guarantee with partnership opportunity after one year. Primary care physicians have the support of a 24/7 Hospitalist program. Internal medicine physicians can expect to see 20-24 patients a day. Excellent benefit package for physician and family. Group Details: The medical group is a 90+ provider multi-specialty medical group practice. We offer a comprehensive benefit package and a competitive income guarantee, with rapid incorporation into the physician production compensation formula. Percentage of call varies slightly by department, but all ratios are excellent. Salem is a single hospital town.
