Internal Medicine openings in Bettendorf, IA and Muscatine, IA Job Description:

Responsibilities: Average 20-25 patients per day - schedule is flexible; No nights or weekends 36 Patient contact hours weekly No inpatient call coverage - Hospitalist Program is fully utilized Outpatient call is shared; Triaged first through the MyNurse call system - very light Specialty Skills: minor procedures (i.e.: skin excisions, joint injections, lacerations) Qualifications: Board certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine Hold an unrestricted license Ability to work as a team member US Citizen or H1B About the Group: A non-profit 900-member physician group practice serving 2,000,000 patients from 280 locations in Iowa and Illinois. Clinic has a base of primary care physicians in family practice, internal medicine and pediatrics. In addition, it offers physician services in subspecialty areas including pulmonology/Critical Care, endocrinology/diabetes, infectious disease, neurology, obstetrics/gynecology, psychiatry and rheumatology.
