• Board Certified Internal Medicine physician needed for night hospitalist coverage
• Coverage needed immediately and will be ongoing
• 100% adult cases
• APP support at night
• Swing shift physician available for support
• Respiratory available 24/7 for intubations
• Must be able to do central and arterial line placement
• Must have BLS and ACLS
• Ventilator management
• Other procedures not required but are welcomed
• Nocturnist will assist with code facilitation
• EPIC EMR

Greater Columbus Area

• Locum Nocturnist needed for coverage starting in August
• Shift times 6 pm to 6 am
• Mid-sized hospital
• 3 providers on at night. Hospitalists managing admissions and APP handling cross coverage and floor call
• Average 5-6 admissions per provider
• Must have Active OH State license
• App handles cross-coverage
• Hospitalists are splitting admissions
• Running codes – only on floor
• Open ICU – in process of being closed ICU by August
• Procedures, central lines, a lines, vent management – do have intensivist on call
• Prefer Internal Medicine preferred, Family medicine acceptable with substantial case logs
• Internal Medicine preferred but family medicine with 2 years of experience is acceptable
• Can accept board eligible candidates
• Privileges available in 2 weeks for clean files
