There are big shoes to fill in the southern suburbs of Indianapolis! A beloved physician announced they are hanging up their hat leaving a large, loyal patient panel ready and waiting. This physician practices "feel-good medicine" and considers their patients part of their family. The incoming physician will understand why there is little to no turnover and HIGH morale with a CEO who gives 100% autonomy and freedom to practice the way you want, schedule patients as desired without standardized timeslots, and enjoy a flexible schedule. The ideal candidate is a Board Certified Internal Medicine MD/DO to work along side the retiring physician and meet patients together and transition over a few months.
- Outpatient Only + 4-day work week
- TEAM: 1 Family MD, 1 Pediatric MD, 1 FNP, support staff
- Average 2.7 pphour = > $300,000
- High % of older adults with chronic disease management
