Practice Overview
- Outpatient Internal Medicine in a single-clinic setting
- Physician-led organization with collaborative administration
- Dedicated APP support at all locations
- Strong clinical assistance with a 1:2 physician-to-MA/LPN ratio
- Average 18-22 patients per day for full-time physicians
- Telenurse triage for call coverage
Schedule & Flexibility
- Monday-Friday clinic schedule (hours vary by site)
- Full-time 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
- Flexible number of days and hours with prorated options available
- Physicians can create schedules aligned with their needs
- No inpatient responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $304,478 (full-time)
- Performance Incentive Program for additional earnings
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
- $150,000 in student loan forgiveness
- 35 days of vacation and CME per calendar year
- $4,000 annual CME allowance
- Six paid holidays plus clinic is closed Friday after Thanksgiving, and there is a half-day on Christmas Eve
