Chief of Pediatrics position right outside of Boston, MA. You will be responsible to manage a team of 6 pediatricians. Expect 25% leadership and 75% clinical time. Newborn rounding one day a week and one weekend per month. Call is 1:4. No delivery assistance is required. The right candidate will have leadership skills and experience. They will also have a strong work ethic and the ability to work cohesively with a team, developing relationships and maintaining a collaborative work environment.
