Employee Health/PC Position - Live in South Bend
* Live in the University town of South Bend!
* This position is not with any of the local health systems.
* Captured patient base of employees and their families.
* This position offers a balanced lifestyle and is financially rewarding.
* 100% Outpatient – Hospitalists handle the inpatient workload.
* 12 to 14 patients per day average.
* Have substantial time with each patient to promote Wellness & Preventative Care.
* Work Monday through Friday.
* No call.
* Work in a modern clinic which utilizes EMR.
* Employed position with a base salary and bonus.
* Benefits include four weeks of PTO, health, dental, 401k, and paid malpractice.
