* Located in ***Cynthiana, KY*** - 34 miles from Lexington & 59 miles from Cincinnati!
* Full-time, permanent opening
* Traditional in and outpatient position
* Joining a very active practice
* Currently 1 full-time Physician, 1 part-time Physician, and 1 NP
* Group has an office in Falmouth, KY in addition to Cynthiana
* Call: 1:5
* Salary is very competitive with a buy-in option in the second year!
* A few of the benefits include three weeks vacation, one week CME, and reimbursement for relocation expenses
