A community-focused healthcare organization in the Columbia River Gorge region of Oregon is seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine/Pediatrics physician to join a highly collaborative primary care team. This opportunity is ideal for physicians passionate about caring for patients across the lifespan while practicing within an integrated, evidence-based, whole-person care model.

Position Highlights
• Primarily outpatient Internal Medicine/Pediatrics practice
• Limited inpatient call responsibilities supporting Emergency Department and OB teams
• Collaborative team environment with APPs, physicians, nurses, and medical assistants
• Designated 5-Star Primary Care Medical Home
• Integrated Behavioral Health services on-site
• On-site diabetes education support
• Fully integrated EPIC EMR system

Qualifications
• Graduate of accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school or equivalent
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
• Oregon medical license or eligibility required
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• Passion for whole-person, community-focused care preferred
