We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine–Pediatrics physician to join an established Hospitalist team serving adult inpatient, ICU, and pediatric inpatient services in a growing South Carolina community.

This position follows a 7-on / 7-off schedule with coverage Monday through Sunday and an average daily census of 10–12 patients per physician. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing ICU-level care, including ventilator management, intubation, and central line placement, as pulmonology/critical care support is provided via telehealth.

The facility supports a busy OB/GYN service with approximately 600 deliveries annually and a Level II nursery, creating a strong and ongoing need for pediatric inpatient coverage. New graduates are welcome and will find a supportive environment with opportunities for skill development.

Position Highlights:

• 7 on / 7 off Hospitalist schedule

• Adult inpatient, ICU, and pediatric inpatient coverage

• Average census: 10–12 patients per day

• ICU responsibilities with telehealth Pulm/CC support

• Level II nursery with active OB service
