Greene County Medical Center in Jefferson, Iowa is actively seeking a BC/BE Med-Peds physician to join our collaborative team as we prepare for an upcoming retirement. With the added opportunity to step into a Chief of Staff role, this position offers both clinical autonomy and meaningful leadership in a supportive, community-focused environment.
The Opportunity
• 100% outpatient practice - no OB, ER, weekends, or call
• 4-day workweek provides exceptional work-life balance
• Lead the team as Chief of Staff, with strong administrative support to focus on patient care and practice management

Compensation and Benefits
• Base salary starting at $300,000+, with additional earnings through a wRVU-based bonus structure
• $130,000 recruitment package to support your move
• 35 days of PTO to ensure time for rest and personal fulfillment
• Full health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision
• IPERS retirement plan with a 9.5% employer contribution (fully vested in 7 years)
