OPPORTUNITY:

• Physician will split their time between clinic and local skilled nursing facilities
• Call 1:9; phone call only
• Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, but is flexible
• Clinic is connected to Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital, with many specialties available onsite

• Group has a very collaborative relationship with local SNFs and CBRFs
