• All inpatient based.
• Work inpatient between the inpatient side and sub acute rehab center.
• Flexible day time schedule and can make up your own working hours.
• Monday to Friday.
• No procedures, No codes, will NOT be round on patients in the ICU
• Work independently as a private Attending Physician with support staff of CRNP and PA at the SNF and the hospital respectively.
• To see on an average 20 patients
• Round on patients 1 weekend a month in hospital/skilled rehab facility.
• Full transcription support where provider dictates using a digital recorder and the transcriptionist will type all the notes into the EMR. No need to do any EMR notes or take home any work.
• First year salary $210K, second year $215, third year $220 with Benefits and incentive bonuses.
• Quality metrics bonus.
• Incentive bonus - If see more patients than 20 each additional patient visit is paid based on RVU based payment model.
• Sign on bonus 10k
• Relocation assistance 5k.
• Enjoy a $5k each additional year as a goodwill bonus (completing medical records, maintaining goodwill at work place).
• Four Weeks of PTO including one week of CME. CME is paid at $2000.00 per year.
