Dedicated towards providing quality and accessible care since 1950, this established hospital is looking for a BE/BC physician to positively steer the community's health with a vision to be the provider of choice for their patients in a Northwest Ohio community.
Position Details:
- Manage five-facility nursing home patient population with a team of NPs and APPs
- Turn-key practice; established and ready to work from day 1
- Nursing home population approximately 250-300 residents
- Minimal call (PA's and APP's share call)
- Geriatrics fellowship not required but a plus
Compensation:
- Above MGMA median base salary
- Relocation expenses, sign-on bonus, and student loan repayment
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, CME, PTO, 401k, life, and malpractice
Community: Ranked in the top 10 for best counties to buy a house and located in the country side, yet within easy reach of several metropolitan areas, this small town has a lot to offer their citizens.
