Position Details:
- Specialty: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine – Geriatric Medicine
- Location: Seaside, OR
- Start: November 2026
- Duration: Ongoing
- Setting: Outpatient / Clinic
- Patient Population: Adults age 55+
- Patient Volume: Approximately 4–6 patients/day
- EMR: Epic
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Full-time preferred
- 3–4 days/week may be considered
- Minimum commitment: 2 weeks per month
- 8 guaranteed hours/day
- Overtime applies after 9 hours
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Primarily geriatric patient care
- Combination of clinic-based and community-based visits
- Some patients are seen at assisted living facilities, SNFs, or their personal residences
- Off-site visits require local travel/driving
- A nurse from the team will usually accompany the provider for community visits
- No inpatient coverage, admissions, or call
- No APP supervision
