Assignment Details:
- Provider Type: Physician
- Specialty: Internal Medicine – Geriatric Medicine
- Practice Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
- Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours only
- Reason: Scheduling need / provider vacancy
- Start Date: September 15, 2026
- End Date: November 25, 2026
- Providers Needed: 1
- Schedule: 3 days/week, preferably Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (10-hour on-campus shift)
- Call: No call – hospitalists cover night call
- Patient Volume: Approximately 12–14 patients/shift
Specific Dates Needed:
- September 15–17
- September 29–October 1
- October 13–15
- November 3–5
- November 10–12
- November 17–19
- November 23–25 (Monday–Wednesday due to the Thanksgiving holiday)
Patient Population / Experience:
- Short-term rehabilitation patients
- Long-term care residents
- Geriatric and medically complex patients
- Experience in Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, Transitional Care and post-acute medicine is preferred
