🩺 Position Overview
We’re hiring a Physician Medical Director to lead and oversee care for a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model focused on keeping seniors healthy, independent, and supported within their community. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday leadership opportunity combining clinical care with program oversight.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical direction and oversight of participant care

• Lead clinical outcomes and Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement initiatives

• Supervise PCPs and APPs within the program

• Conduct assessments, reassessments, and treatment planning

• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and family conferences

• Support program goals, policies, and clinical protocols

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Geriatrics board certification or strong geriatrics experience preferred

• Active Massachusetts medical license

• DEA registration

• Prior supervisory/leadership experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience caring for frail or elderly patients
