Medical Director (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or Geriatrician) – Post-Acute Care – Lexington, KY
Opportunity Highlights
- Full-time leadership role in a post-acute care setting
- Provide clinical oversight and direct patient care at a skilled nursing facility
- Monday – Friday (4-5 days/week)
- Flexible weekday rounding schedule
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and mentor nurse practitioners
- Primary care experience required; SNF experience a plus
- Must hold or be eligible for an active Kentucky medical license and DEA
