Primary Care Associate Assistant Medical Director opportunity in Albany, NY
Wonderful full-time (4-5 days per week) primary care associate medical director role providing patient care in a post-acute care setting in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) located in the Albany, New York, area. You will round 4-5 days a week with the flexibility to choose your rounding schedule.

- Minimum of 1 year primary care experience
- Post-acute care experience a plus
- Active and unrestricted New York license or application in process
- Active and unrestricted DEA/prescriptive authority or application in process
