Position Overview:
• Specialties Accepted: Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Hospice & Palliative Care, Home Health, Urgent Care, Medical-Surgical, Public Health
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• Contract Length: Short-term or long-term options available
• Schedule: Fully flexible | Monday–Sunday | 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Shift Type: No night or weekend requirements
Scope of Work:
• Visits: 6–9 per day, all pre-scheduled
• Setting: In-home visits for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members
• Duties Include:
o Medication and medical history review
o Basic physical evaluation
o No prescribing, ordering labs, or altering treatment plans
Requirements:
• Board Certification (MD/DO)
• Active CA license
• Credentialing timeframe: 7–14 days
