$260k-$270k starting salary depending on experience. Bonus incentives based on quality metrics, not RVUs or volume. Cloud-based electronic health record and technology. No nights, no weekends, extremely limited call. Additional annual bonus of up to 20% of salary. State-of-the-art centers that are newly built .
