They are currently seeking an Adult Primary Care Physician to join their outpatient clinic in Methuen, MA.
The Position
The Physician plays an integral role on the Interdisciplinary Team, contributing to the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans in alignment with the model. This role involves close collaboration with on-site Nurse Practitioners to ensure comprehensive primary care for participants. As the leader of the Clinical Team, the Physician’s primary goal is to help frail older adults remain in the community safely for as long as they are able.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary Range: $222,000 - $280,000 Depending on Experience

Responsibilities
- Monday to Friday (8am to 4pm)
- Provide Primary Patient Care
- Oversee Care & Treatment
- Collaborate as Part of an Interdisciplinary Team
- Carry Out Supervisory Responsibilities
- On Call Schedule PHONE ONLY 1:15 Weeks
- 10-15 Patients Per Day
Requirements
- Licensed Physician (MD or DO) in the state of Massachusetts
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Practice, or Eligibility for Board Certification (for recent graduates)
- Board Certified in Geriatric Medicine, Preferred, But Not Required
- Bilingual in Spanish Preferred
- Current License to Practice Medicine in Massachusetts
- Current Massachusetts DEA Prescription Privileges
- Current CPR Certification
- COVID Vaccination Required OR Exemption
