Medical Director – PACE Program
Schedule: Full-time, on-site Monday–Friday (no weekends)

Compensation & Benefits:

- Provide direct primary and preventative medical care to PACE participants
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate clinical staff including physicians and advanced practice providers
- Support a multidisciplinary team delivering coordinated, holistic care
- Lead and oversee quality improvement and utilization management initiatives
- Serve as a medical consultant on participant grievances, appeals, and care decision-making
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with hospitals, SNFs, long-term care facilities, and community providers
- Ensure robust documentation and compliance with all PACE program requirements
- Participate in committees and provide thought leadership on best practices and evidence-based care
- MD or DO with active board certification in geriatrics, complex care, palliative care, home-based care, internal medicine, or related fields
- Current, unrestricted medical license in California
- Current DEA certificate
- Five or more years of clinical practice with at least two years serving an elderly or frail population
- Previous experience in PACE, SNF, or complex senior care models preferred
- Bilingual a plus, though not required
- Passion for mission-driven care and improving outcomes for high-risk seniors
