Bi-lingual Spanish provider needed for an outstanding opportunity in Tampa, FL. Located in the the northern Tampa suburb of Sulphur Springs, minutes from downtown. Opportunity details include seeing patients 60 and up exclusively, within a value-based care model, Monday through Friday, with no nights, weekends, minimal call and an average of 12-15 patients per day.
$260k-$270k starting salary range for experienced physicians. Bonus incentives based on quality metrics, not RVUs or volume. Additional annual bonus of up to 20% of salary. State-of-the-art centers that are newly built. Signing Bonus available up to $20,000. $300k+ yearly earnings.
