LTC Physician Care, PC is a medical group dedicated to serving patients by providing Primary Care (PCP) services to Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care facilities across Michigan. Our goal is to improve the overall quality of care, patient outcomes, quality of life, refine facility processes, and enhance patient relationships.
LTC is seeking a dedicated B/C Physician to join our team as Medical Director
Requirements and Qualifications
- Candidates must hold a valid and unrestricted medical license in Michigan
- Candidates must hold a valid DEA license in the state of Michigan
- Candidates must be board certified
Job Structure
- This is an in-person position
- Providers will commute directly between home and their assigned facility
- Physicians will act as Medical Directors in facilities located in the greater Grand Rapids area
