Position Details:
Patient Population: Culturally diverse adult and elderly population in the Merrimack Valley
Setting: Community health centers, with care provided at outpatient clinics, schools, shelters, and limited inpatient collaboration
Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive and continuing geriatric and internal medicine care

• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

• Participate in residency training and quality assurance initiatives

• Collaborate with healthcare teams and serve on internal committees

• Occasional travel between clinical sites and on-call responsibilities as assigned
  Required Procedures: General internal and geriatric medicine procedures
  EMR System: Not specified
  Support Staff: Multi-disciplinary team with over 700 staff; includes participation in a teaching residency program
  Days Per Month: Full time
  On-Call/Weekends: On-call duties assigned as backup clinician

Submission Requirements:

• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Geriatrics

• Active Massachusetts medical license

• Completion of accredited residency program

• Bilingual in English/Spanish required

• Less than 1 year of experience accepted
