- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Fellowship training in Geriatric Medicine not required; Family Medicine or Internal Medicine candidates with a strong interest/experience in Geriatrics are welcome to apply
- Join an experienced team of Physician and Advance Practice Providers supported by clinic support staff: 1 RN and 1 Patient Service Rep
- EPIC EMR
- Nursing home admissions and rounding
- Opportunity available for Medical Directorship of three areas Nursing Homes for additional stipend related to the Medical Directorship responsibilities
- Average patients/day: 10
- Call schedule requirement: 5 days per month including weekends, call handled by phone
