Our Physicians are able to better serve their patients through smaller panel sizes, fewer patient visits per day, and a focus on outpatient medicine with state-of-the-art facilities and quality team members that share our value of providing 5-STAR service that always puts patient care and outcomes first.

VIPcare physicians typically see 12-15 patients a day.

We take care of our team so they can focus directly on providing comprehensive care to our Medicare Advantage HMO senior patient population.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our new outpatient clinic in Tuscaloosa AL. As a VIPCare Primary Care Physician, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, building long-term relationships, and promoting wellness within the community.

VIPCare Primary Care Physician:
  • Provide exceptional primary care services to patients in an outpatient setting, including routine check-ups, preventive care, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, medical histories, and physical examinations to develop personalized care plans for each patient.
  • Emphasize preventive medicine, health promotion, and lifestyle modifications to optimize patient health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, specialists, and healthcare professionals to coordinate and facilitate comprehensive care for patients.
  • Utilize evidence-based medicine practices and stay updated with the latest medical advancements and guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, medical records, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
  • Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance metrics to enhance patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of relevant research, attend conferences, and engage in continuous professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.
