Geriatrics Opportunity with Award-Winning Stamford Health!

The Geriatrics Assessment Program at Stamford Health seeks a BC/BE fellowship trained Geriatric Medicine Physicians to join 4 geriatricians and 2 NPs. This position reports to the Director of Geriatric Medicine. The incoming physician will provide initial and follow-up patient consultations for cognitive evaluation, geriatric syndromes, and multi-morbidity, as well as provide primary care for some of the oldest patients in our community. The geriatric medicine team works closely with hospitalists, Internal Medicine, and Family Medicine residents, emphasizing inter-disciplinary collaboration and family support. Complementary geriatrics programs are being developed in nursing, emergency medicine and palliative care.
